The Tested Treasure Way
You are the byproduct of your gaze. Everything you are looking at and experiencing is creating a default program in you. That default is influencing your character and your decisions which are creating a ceiling in your life. Though you may want to go beyond the ceiling, you can't because in order to break through you need a different default. It's not enough to just have a different program. The new program must become the new default. This is not a one-time thing. Renewing your mind and changing the way you think must be your norm in order to take full advantage of every opportunity that comes your way as well as create them. Once you shift your perspective (changing your thinking) you will be empowered to be and make decisions from your authentic self and change the trajectory of your life.
The Process
We don't talk about it; we work at it! I am not here to only listen; I am here to provoke change. As your coach homework may be given based on what we discussed in our sessions and what your personal goals are. It is my belief that talking leads to self-discovery. Self-discovery leads to homework. Homework leads to application. Application leads to transformation. It is strongly encouraged that you complete every assignment so that you can take charge of your own transformation.
